Donations may be temporarily paused if we run out of space. We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding!

How much can I donate?

You can donate up to one bin (16”x24”x14”) or armload without an appointment during donation hours.

For larger donations (up to one carload), please schedule an appointment here. For multiple carloads, please schedule an appointment for each.

How should I bring donations?

Donations should be clean, in usable condition. Please pack neatly and label clearly to help our staff process and sort donations more efficiently.

Do I need to schedule an appointment?

Donation Walkups – No appointment necessary for small donations, up to one bin (16”x24”x14”) per vehicle

For large donations (more than one bin) please schedule a donation appointment here.

For very large donations (more than one carload) please schedule an appointment for each carload.

Do you offer donation pick-ups?

We have a very limited capacity for vanload pick-ups in the Pasadena area. Please drop off donations if at all possible.

Do you accept monetary contributions?

Yes we do! You can make a direct monetary contribution here!

Are donations tax deductible?

Yes, Remainders is a 501c3 non-profit, so all donations are tax deductible. We are happy to provide donation receipts upon request!

ANY CREATIVE MATERIALS, SUPPLIES, AND TOOLS THAT ARE IN GOOD, USABLE CONDITION

    art books, craft books, fashion, sewing, vintage – NO SUBSCRIPTION MAGAZINES!

    cameras, filters, lenses, lights

  • Craft Supplies

    beads, bottle caps, clothes pins, feathers, foam, glue, glue sticks, googly eyes, pipe cleaners, pom poms, popsicle sticks, small metal parts (nothing dangerous), sponges, tape, small mosaic tiles, nice wood pieces

  • Craft Tools

    art bins, button machines, cookie cutters, cutting dies, die cut machines, drawing tools, folders, hole punches, hot glue guns, paper cutters, rubber stamps, rulers, scissors, stencils, sticker machines, tweezers

  • Decorations

    candles, masks, party favors, party supplies, streamers, tablecloths

  • Fabric / Textiles

    fabric bolts, remnants (12"x12" or larger), fur, leather, appliques, embellishments, patches, ribbon, trim, cut quilting squares (any size)

  • Holidays (up to 3 months before each Holiday)

    decorations, wrapping paper (Donations only accepted up to 3 months before each Holiday. We don't have space to store items for the following year.)

    all types, beads, bells, chain, charms, findings, gems, grommets, key rings, pendants, studs, parts, pieces, supplies, tools, wire

    instruments, equipment, pedals, amplifiers, microphones

    baskets, driftwood, feathers, flowers (dried or faux), raffia, shells (no pine cones please)
